Meet M H Sahid (সাহিদ) 

Empowering the Nation's Future: Driven by a singular vision to serve our beloved Motherland, Bangladesh and catalyze the development of its people, M H Sahid (সাহিদ) returned from the United Kingdom to turn his mission into a reality.

A Proven Leader with 13 Years of Global Expertise: With an impressive track record spanning 13 years across Bangladesh and London, United Kingdom, he stands as a seasoned and highly skilled professional. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including: i) Learning materials development (CS, CBLMs, CBC, Assessment Tools), ii) Facilitator/Trainer of CBT&A Level-IV (Methodology), iii) Comprehensive training and assessment solutions, iv) Flawless project coordination, v) HR and administration proficiency, vi) Guiding the way in NTVQF, vii)  working with RT sectors, Tourism and Hospitality sector, Law Firm and managing the diverse operations of Group of Companies. 

A World-Class Education: He brings with him an MBA with Merit Grade from the United Kingdom, signifying not only his commitment but also his academic excellence. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's Degree with First Class in Bangladesh, further highlighting his dedication to academic achievement.

Leading the Way in Skills Development: His dedication and expertise have earned him the distinction of being the First (and Only in the First Batch) Assessor of NSDA and the First Trainer of NSDA, solidifying his status as a trailblazer in the field. He holds the coveted CBT&A Level-V (Master Trainer) and CBT&A Level-IV (Trainer and Assessor) certification, awarded by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) and the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA).

Current Endeavors: Presently, he serves as the Curriculum Development and Training Executive (CD&TE) at the Construction Industry Skills Council (CISC).

Rich Tapestry of Experience: His remarkable journey includes roles such as Quality Assurance Officer (Contractual) at BTEB, where he showcased his dedication to quality and innovation. He also served as a and Consultant (National)  and Process Expert (National) for the Construction Industry Skills Council (CISC). Notably, he took on the role of Project Coordinator (CBT&A, ILO Skills21 Project) at the Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Centre (BKTTC) in collaboration with ILO Bangladesh, bringing innovation and expertise to the forefront. Additionally, he served as a Facilitator/Trainer of CBT&A (Methodology) Level-IV at BKTTC, Dhaka.
