Empowering the Nation's Future: Driven by a singular vision to serve our beloved Motherland, Bangladesh and catalyze the development of its people, M H Sahid (সাহিদ) returned from the United Kingdom to turn his mission into a reality. Now, he is passionate about aligning curriculum strategies with industry demands, aim to apply cross-cultural experience from Bangladesh and the UK, playing a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences for individuals, advancing workforce readiness, and contributing to the implementation of CBT&A under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF).

A Proven Leader with 14 Years of Global Expertise: With an impressive track record spanning 14 years across Bangladesh and London, United Kingdom, he stands as a seasoned and highly skilled professional. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including: i) Lead Facilitator/Trainer of CBT&A Methodology, L-4 and L-5; ii) Learning materials development (CS, CBLMs, CBC, CAD, Assessment Tools, FG, CSLB etc),  iii) Comprehensive training and assessment solutions, iv) Flawless project coordination, v) HR and administration proficiency, vi) Guiding the way in NTVQF, vii)  working with RT sectors, Tourism and Hospitality sector, Law Firm and managing the diverse operations of Group of Companies. 

A World-Class Education: He brings with him an MBA with Merit Grade from the United Kingdom, signifying not only his commitment but also his academic excellence. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's Degree with First Class in Bangladesh, further highlighting his dedication to academic achievement.

Leading the Way in Skills Development: He holds the coveted CBT&A M, Level-V (Master Trainer) and CBT&A M, Level-IV (Trainer and Assessor) certifications, awarded by BTEB and NSDA. Additionally, he has completed the Training of Trainers (ToT) program under the SMEFs. His dedication and expertise have earned him the distinction of being the first, and only in the first batch, Assessor of the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) and the first Trainer of NSDA, solidifying his status as a trailblazer in the field.

Current Endeavors: Presently, he serves as the Curriculum Development and Training Executive (CD&TE) at the Construction Industry Skills Council (CISC).
